About Greg Twarowski

Greg began his Systema training in 2004 with Sonny Puzikas in Sarasota, Florida, and became a Certified Systema Instructor through Vladimir Vasiliev. His goal is to help students acquire the physical, psychological, and spiritual components of Systema through its traditional training methods, while also emphasizing Systema’s ability for self-actualization and personal transformation.  Experienced fighters, those with military backgrounds, and students without martial arts experience are welcomed at Greg's gym. His average class size is 4-8 people, ensuring individualized instruction and attention. 

Group classes are offered Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for $20
